At Salty Affair, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped from Dubai.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- UAE & GCC: 2–5 business days
- Worldwide: 4–7 business days
Shipping times can take longer depending on your location, customs clearance processes and unforseen circumstances that are not under our control.
Shipping Fees
We offer global delivery via DHL.
- UAE & GCC: Shipping is free across the UAE and GCC.

Worldwide: Shipping is free on purchases over AED 2000. Orders below AED 2000 will have flat shipping rate of AED130.
Customs & Duties
We do not offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). By ordering from us, you agree to pay any applicable import fees charged by your local customs authority. DHL will contact you in regards to customs.
Currency
All prices on our website are displayed and processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). If you are paying in a different currency, your bank may apply exchange or conversion fees.
Failed Deliveries
In the unfortunate event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, non-payment of customs or duties, or an unclaimed parcel, the shipping cost and duties incurred to us will be deducted from your order invoice. The remaining balance will then be refunded to your original payment method.
We kindly ask that you double-check your delivery details before placing your order to avoid any delays or additional charges.
