3. Our Designs
Everything you see on our website, from product images to descriptions and visuals, belongs to Salty Affair. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or share without permission.
4. Orders & Product Info
We do our best to make sure product details and photos are accurate. Still, colors may vary slightly from screen to screen, and there may be small differences between batches.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams). Prices exclude VAT, which may be added depending on your delivery location.
6. Payment
We accept secure payments through the checkout page. Orders must be paid in full before shipping. If a payment doesn’t go through, your order won’t be processed.
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide via trusted partners like DHL.

International: Free shipping for orders over AED 2,000

For orders less than AED2000, a flat shipping rate of AED130 will be applied.

Orders ship Monday to Friday (excluding UAE public holidays)
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect info or missed attempts may result in extra charges.
8. Duties & Taxes
Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Swimwear
Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
If your item is faulty, please contact us at customerservice@thesaltyaffair.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.
Resortwear
We accept exchanges (within 7 days of delivery) for non-swimwear items like dresses, tops, or sets, provided that:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and liners are intact

Return shipping costs may apply. If a refund is approved, shipping fees will be deducted.
10. Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships, please email us ASAP. Once shipped, we can’t cancel the order.
