Return Policy
At Salty Affair, we take great care to ensure your order meets our standards for quality, fit, and design. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out and we’re here to help.
Swimwear
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and our hygiene commitments, all swimwear sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on swimwear unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If your swimwear arrives damaged, please email us at customerservice@thesaltyaffair.com within 48 hours of reciveing delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. If confirmed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Resortwear
We accept size exchanges on resort wear (excluding swimwear) within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
To request an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@thesaltyaffair.com with your order number and the size you'd like to switch to. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
